By ordering from Cruisette you agree to these terms.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown at checkout and can change before you order. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is unavailable, a price was shown by mistake, or we suspect fraud.
Payment
Orders are paid at the secure Shopify checkout. Your payment details never reach us.
Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can; colours can differ a little by screen. Use each product as its instructions say and at your own risk, and keep children away from small parts unless the product says it is made for them.
Returns, refunds and delivery
These follow the refund policy and the shipping policy, which are part of these terms.
Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may change these terms. The terms that apply to an order are the ones shown when you placed it.
