Shipping policy

This policy applies to purchases from Cruisette.

Processing

Orders ship in 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday start on the next business day.

Delivery

Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days after shipping. These are estimates, not promises: delays by the carrier, customs or weather are outside our control. You get an email with tracking when your order ships.

Cost

Shipping costs, and any free shipping offer, are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. The total at checkout is the final price.

Customs and taxes

Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are paid by the buyer unless they are shown as paid at checkout.

Address

Check your address before you pay. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the address; if a parcel comes back because of a wrong address we can send it again at your cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, write to support@cruisette.store with your order number. We check with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
