Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases from Cruisette.

Returns

You can return an item within 30 days of the day it arrives. It must be unused, in its original packaging and complete, with everything that came in the box. Write to support@cruisette.store with your order number before you send anything: we reply with the return steps. A return sent without our steps may not be accepted.

Return shipping

You pay the return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered. In that case write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we cover it.

Refunds

When we receive and check the returned item, we refund its price to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping and protection fees are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. We may refuse or reduce a refund for an item that comes back used, damaged or incomplete.

What cannot be returned

Gift cards, items made to your order, and opened items that are sealed for hygiene.

Problems with an order

Write to support@cruisette.store first. We answer within 1 business day and solve most problems faster than a bank dispute can. Nothing here limits a right you have by law.
